The Admin Overview Screen
Configuration → Advanced → Admin Overview is read-only and diagnostic. Nothing here changes anything — it tells you what the integration can currently see.
Salesforce permission overview
It lists every profile in your org against the two standard fields the invoice wizard depends on, Opportunity Product → Total Price and Discount, and marks each OK or No Field Access. Those two are the usual cause of the invoice page errors for one user; the Organisation-Wide Settings screen has buttons to fix them.
Field-level security is invisible from the record itself — an admin sees a populated field and the user sees nothing. This panel makes those two fields obvious. For any other field, check the profile's field-level security in Setup.
"It's not syncing for one user" is almost always field-level security, not the sync. Everyone seeing the problem points at the sync.
API callouts remaining
Under your Xero organisation's details, two live counters: callouts remaining today and remaining this minute.
Xero enforces both limits, and hitting either stops the sync mid-run. If syncing fails at the same time each day, check this before anything else — see Advanced settings for the buffer that protects against it.
What's synced
An object-by-object list — branding themes, invoices, payments, tax types, tracking categories, Xero accounts, Xero contacts — each with a link to its list view. A quick way to confirm something arrived without knowing where its tab is.
The Xero organisation section also shows your synced branding themes, tracking categories with their options, and your full Xero chart of accounts with codes and tax types. Handy when a mapping needs an exact account code.
The object and permission panels query a lot and show Loading… for a while before data appears. Each Xero organisation's section loads when you expand it, so a second organisation costs nothing until you open it.
