Does it capture leads from both realestate.com.au and Domain?
Yes. Enquiries from both REA and Domain are captured into Salesforce as structured records, each attributed to its source portal.
How is this different from email-to-lead?
Instead of parsing forwarded emails with fragile rules, enquiries are captured directly as Salesforce records — assigned, timestamped and attributed — so nothing is missed or mis-parsed.
Do I need middleware or a separate sync platform?
No. TwoCanConnect for Real Estate is a native Salesforce managed package installed from the AppExchange — no middleware, nothing to host.
Which Salesforce editions are supported?
Professional Edition and above, with a roughly 15-minute guided, no-code install. The Flow elements need Enterprise Edition and above.
Can leads be routed to the right agent automatically?
Yes. Route each enquiry to the right agent by listing, suburb or office the moment it arrives.
