Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds

Updated 20 Sept 2026

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically so the integration doesn't stop without warning. When a licence lapses, Salesforce revokes the package licence: the sync halts and users lose access to TwoCanConnect's objects, which is disruptive to discover mid-month. Licence Status on Configuration home shows the renewal date.

Cancelling

To stop a renewal, notify us in writing at least 7 days before your renewal date. Written notice inside that window may not stop the renewal being processed.

Refunds

Once a subscription has been activated or renewed, it is non-refundable. This is why the 7-day notice matters — after a renewal has processed, it stands for that term.

Diarise the date

The most common cause of an unwanted renewal is nobody knowing when it falls. Put the date somewhere your team will see it, at least a fortnight ahead.

What happens to your data

Cancelling stops syncing. It doesn't delete anything: records in Salesforce stay in Salesforce, records in Xero stay in Xero. The two simply stop updating each other.

Reactivating later resumes syncing on the same org, with your configuration intact.
