Starting and Managing a Trial

Updated 20 Sept 2026

Trials start from the AppExchange listing and don't require payment details.

What you get

The full product, not a reduced version. Connect a real Xero organisation, sync real data and raise real documents — a trial that can't touch your actual data doesn't tell you whether the integration works for you.

Where to check status

Configuration home shows Licence Status. During a trial it reads TRIAL, with the date the trial expires and a link to the AppExchange listing to purchase. Once you're on a paid plan it reads ACTIVE with the renewal date.

Licence Status sits on the left of every configuration screen.

When a trial ends

Salesforce revokes the package licence for the org. The sync stops and users lose access to TwoCanConnect's objects and tabs. Nothing is deleted: records already in Salesforce and Xero stay exactly as they are, and converting to a paid plan restores access and resumes syncing from where it stopped.

Trial in a sandbox first if you prefer

Installing into a sandbox lets you try the setup without touching production. The configuration is the same, so nothing is wasted when you move across.

Converting

Get in touch and we'll activate the plan on the same org — there's no reinstall and no reconfiguration.
