Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited transactions. There are no per-seat fees and no per-record fees, so the plan you need depends on which features you use, not how big your team is or how much you invoice.

Additional Xero organisations
Each plan includes one Xero organisation. Additional organisations are AUD $100 per month each.
A second Xero organisation is only needed when you genuinely run separate Xero entities. Extra Salesforce users cost nothing.
Trials
Trials come from the AppExchange and don't need payment details. See Starting and managing a trial.
Once a subscription has been activated or renewed it is non-refundable. To stop a renewal, notify us in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date — see the Terms.
