Paying for Additional Xero Organisations

Every plan includes one Xero organisation. Additional organisations are AUD $100 per month each.

A slot is used by any organisation that's connected or that still holds synced data, so disconnecting one doesn't free it; only removing its data does. See Connecting additional Xero organisations.

When you need another

Only when you genuinely run separate Xero entities — a second trading company, a separate country entity, or a group where each business keeps its own books.

When you don't

• More users. Unlimited on every plan.
• More invoices. Unlimited on every plan.
• Multiple brands in one Xero organisation. Use branding themes.
• Multiple currencies in one organisation. Use multi-currency.

The last two are worth checking before paying for a second organisation — several teams assume they need one when a branding theme does the job.

What you get

Each organisation gets its own settings, its own sync state and its own place in the configuration menu. One can run Two Way while another is still in setup — see Connecting additional Xero organisations.
