Terms of Service

Last updated 27 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the TwoCanConnect website, operated by SOL Business Solutions Pty Ltd (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia). By using this site you agree to them. The connectors themselves are licensed under the subscription terms presented at install time on the Salesforce AppExchange; if those terms conflict with these, the install-time terms prevail for the connectors.

The connectors run in your Salesforce org

TwoCanConnect connectors are native Salesforce managed packages. We do not host, store or process your business data on our own infrastructure — the software runs inside your Salesforce org, and data flows directly between your org and the third-party services you choose to connect (Xero, Cin7 Core, realestate.com.au, Domain, Equifax) via their official APIs. You are responsible for your Salesforce and third-party accounts, their credentials, and ensuring you have the right to connect the data you connect.

Trials, subscriptions and fees

Free trials install from the AppExchange with no payment details. Paid subscriptions are billed as described on the relevant listing or pricing page, in AUD unless stated otherwise, exclusive of taxes. Subscriptions include unlimited users and transactions within your org unless a plan states otherwise. Third-party fees (for example Equifax report fees, or your Salesforce and Xero subscriptions) are separate and payable to those providers.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period. Once a subscription has been activated or renewed, it is non-refundable. To cancel, notify us in writing at least 7 days before your renewal date, or cancel via the Salesforce AppExchange. When you cancel, the connector keeps working until the end of your current paid period — your remaining subscription time runs to the renewal date. Prices may vary by location due to local taxes and currency conversion from Australian dollars.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site or connectors: no unlawful use, no attempting to reverse engineer the packages beyond what applicable law permits, no reselling or sublicensing without our written agreement, and no use that violates Salesforce’s or a connected service’s own terms.

Third-party services and trademarks

Salesforce, Xero, Cin7, realestate.com.au, Domain and Equifax are trademarks of their respective owners. TwoCanConnect is built by SOL Business Solutions and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those companies beyond published partner-program participation. Availability of the connectors depends on those services’ APIs remaining available on commercially reasonable terms.

Warranties and liability

The site and connectors are provided with the care of a professional software vendor, but no software is defect-free: to the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability in connection with the site or a connector is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where such rights apply, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the cost of re-supply.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. You can stop using the site at any time and can uninstall a connector from your org via Salesforce’s standard uninstall process.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email contact@twocanconnect.com.
