Permissions and Page Layouts

Permission set

Assign the TwoCanConnect for Real Estate permission set to everyone who works enquiries. Without it the components don't appear, however the layout is configured.

Every plan includes unlimited users, so there's no cost reason to restrict it.

Page layouts

Add the enquiry fields to your Lead layout — listing reference, property address, source portal and enquiry type. An agent picking up a lead should be able to see which property it's about without opening another system.

Put the listing reference near the top

It's the first thing an agent needs when they return a call. Buried at the bottom of a layout, it may as well not be captured.

Assignment rules

Decide who gets what before you go live:

Inspection requests to whoever runs open homes
General enquiries by listing, suburb or agent
A fallback owner, so nothing sits unassigned

Unassigned leads are lost leads

Structured capture solves the re-keying problem, not the routing one. An enquiry that arrives perfectly and sits unowned is still a missed opportunity.
