Connecting realestate.com.au and Domain

Updated 1 Aug 2026

TwoCanConnect for Real Estate captures enquiries from realestate.com.au and Domain and creates structured Salesforce leads from them — instead of forwarded emails someone has to read and re-key.

What changes

Without it, a portal enquiry arrives as an email. Someone opens it, copies the name and phone number into Salesforce, and guesses which listing it was about. That step is where enquiries get lost on a busy day.

With it, the enquiry arrives as a Lead with the listing reference, the property address and the source portal already on it.

Connecting each portal

Each portal is connected separately, so you can start with one and add the other.

What comes across

  • Enquirer name and contact details
  • The listing the enquiry relates to
  • Property address
  • The enquiry message
  • Source portal — REA or Domain
  • Inspection requests, where the enquiry is one
Source attribution

Because the portal is recorded on the lead, you can report on which portal actually produces business — a question email-to-lead can rarely answer.

After connecting

Send a test enquiry through each portal and confirm the Lead appears with the listing reference attached.

Check the routing too

A lead that arrives correctly but sits unassigned isn't much better than an email nobody opened. Confirm your assignment rules handle the new leads.
