Installing TwoCanConnect for Real Estate

TwoCanConnect for Real Estate captures enquiries from realestate.com.au (REA) and Domain straight into Salesforce — assigned and timestamped the moment they arrive.

Before you start

You'll need a Salesforce org on Professional Edition or above, and your REA and/or Domain agency feed details.

Install and connect

Install TwoCanConnect for Real Estate from the AppExchange.
Open the app and go to Configuration → Connection.
Add your REA and Domain feed credentials and choose Connect.

Choose where leads land

Decide which Salesforce object enquiries become — typically Leads — and set the default owner or routing.

Tip

Connect a test listing first and send yourself an enquiry to confirm leads arrive and route correctly before you go live across the agency.
