Inspection requests are a distinct kind of enquiry — someone asking to view a property at a particular time. They're captured with that intent intact.
Why they're worth separating
An inspection request has a deadline. A general enquiry can wait until tomorrow; an inspection request for Saturday cannot. Distinguishing them lets you route and prioritise accordingly.
What's captured
The enquirer's details, the listing, and the fact that it's an inspection request rather than a general enquiry.
Send inspection requests to whoever runs the open homes, not the general enquiry queue. This is usually the single biggest win from capturing them separately.
Reporting
Because they're records, you can report on inspection requests per listing and per portal — which tells you which properties are generating genuine interest rather than just clicks.
