Installing TwoCanConnect for Equifax

TwoCanConnect for Equifax lets you run Equifax credit checks on any Salesforce Account without leaving Salesforce — and keeps a full, timestamped record of every decision.

Before you start

You'll need a Salesforce org on Professional Edition or above, and an Equifax account with API access. Report fees are billed by Equifax at cost, on top of your subscription.

Install and connect

Install TwoCanConnect for Equifax from the AppExchange.
Open the app and go to Configuration → Connection.
Enter your Equifax API credentials and choose Connect.

Set who can run checks

Credit data is sensitive. Use permission sets to control exactly which users can request reports and view results.

Handle credit data carefully

Equifax reports contain personal and commercial credit information. Restrict access with permission sets and make sure your use complies with your Equifax agreement and local privacy rules.
