Installing TwoCanConnect for Cin7 Core

TwoCanConnect for Cin7 Core keeps products, stock and orders in sync between Cin7 Core and Salesforce, so your team always quotes from real, live inventory.

Before you start

You'll need a Salesforce org on Professional Edition or above, and a Cin7 Core account with API access enabled.

Install and connect

Install TwoCanConnect for Cin7 Core from the AppExchange and choose Install for All Users.
Open the app from the App Launcher and go to Configuration → Connection.
Paste your Cin7 Core API credentials and choose Connect.

First sync

Run the initial sync to bring your Cin7 Core products and current stock levels into Salesforce. From then on, changes flow automatically on your chosen schedule.

Tip

Start by syncing products and stock only. Add sales-order push once you've confirmed the catalogue looks right in Salesforce.
