Connection

Authorise Cin7 Core from the configuration screen, the same handshake pattern as Xero.

Sync settings

Direction, defaults and which records to sync — starting one-way while you set up, then two-way when ready.

Object settings

Choose what syncs: customers, products, sales orders and fulfilment status, each enabled independently.

Field mapping

Map any Salesforce field, standard or custom, onto the matching Cin7 field.

Matching

Link existing Salesforce Accounts to existing Cin7 customers before going live, so you don't end up with duplicates — the same discipline that matters most on the Xero connector.
